The moment I saw this I knew it must be seen as much as possible. Please share and disseminate. If you know anyone with cancer this is vital that they understand what the medical community is doing. This proves that certain members of the medical establishment is actively suppressing information about cancer. I wonder how many people have died because of the suppression of this information. I know this is a strong statement but once you watch this movie you will understand.
1 of the Most Important Videos Series You Will Ever See
In this Video Paul Chek highlights the inconvenient truth behind our current farming methods and the reasons why our soil is the most important resource we have. He brings you into the soil and shows you the complexity that we as humans have barely began to understand. He talks about how the soil creates the plants which creates us. He shows us that the circle of life is necessary for us to reach health and happiness.
In this lecture, Dr. Russell Blaylock explains one of the most important connections between nutrition and our health: how nutrition affects behavior. Citing a series of important studies, he shows that good nutrition can powerfully enhance our memory, mood, and behavior in a socially desirable way. Like wise he shows us that poor nutrition can lead our youth into a world of violence, crime, depression and suicide. By using an impressive array of studies on both juvenile and adult prisoners, Dr. Blaylock demonstrates these principals and outlines specific measures you can take to protect your children from these detrimental effects. Most importantly, he shows us that it is never too late to make these nutritional changes.
What is going on with our food? What is the future likely to bring? What is the deal with genetically altered foods? Are we protected by the FDA? Or is the FDA a corrupt bought and paid for institution of big business.
Be forewarned if you watch this video you will make dramatic changes that will greatly enhance your future and the future of the world it starts with education. If you like living in oblivion to the world around you, don’t watch this video. Just 7:23
Some common sense from my mentor Paul Chek. Paul is one of the most powerful speakers and one of the best educators I have ever been lucky enough to learn from. How do you get a flat stomach? The answers may surprise you.
A great documentary exposing the evil agricultural nightmare called Monsanto and the story of Roundup and Roundup Ready Soybeans. A 2004 documentary film which makes an in-depth investigation into unlabeled, patented, genetically engineered foods that have quietly made their way onto grocery stores in the United States for the past decade. It voices the opinions of farmers in disagreement with the food industry and details the impacts on their lives and livelihoods from this new technology, and shines a light on the market and political forces that are changing what we eat. The film decries the cost of a globalized food industry on human lives around the world, and highlights how international companies are gradually driving farmers off the land in many countries. Potential global dependence of the human race on a limited number of global food corporations is discussed, as is the increased risk of ecological disasters — such as the Irish Potato Famine (1845–1849) — resulting from the reduction of biological diversity due to the promotion of corporate sponsored monoculture farming. The issue of incorporating a terminator gene into plant seeds is questioned, with concern being expressed about the potential for a widespread catastrophe affecting the food supply, should such a gene contaminate other plants in the wild
FYI and this may surprise you. I’m not against GMOs. What I am against is the rush to put them on our tables without sufficient long term independent studies. For this reason I choose to refrain from eating GMOs until better more reputable scientists do long term studies. In addition GMO much each be considered on their own. Just because one form of GMO is okay it doesn’t mean another form is not dangerous. The companies that make these products have long proven to be morally dubious at best. I will NOT support them for this reason alone.
A way for senior citizens and underprivileged to afford expensive lifesaving drugs? Or a profit guarantee a reduction in quality, innovation and guaranteed higher costs? You decide who benefits.
Dr. Mercola’s eye opening video see by over half a million viewers on youtube. I’ve checked the startling statistics and they are true.
You may have heard about Raw Milk before. Is it for you? Is milk healthy? Are mammals designed to drink the milk of another animal? There is a ton of misconceptions out there. A quick look at anthropology solves the questions. Of course milk is not for everyone. But in those cultures where milk has been consumed for thousands of years milk is an extremely valuable source of nutrients. These cultures have developed the lactase persistence allele which is a gene that maintains the ability of the person to digest lactose later in life. In Northern Europeans this gene is at 90%. In some Middle African areas 70%. If you realize that prior to 10k years ago not a human on the planet had this gene, then you realize that there has been a strong natural selection drive in those cultures with domesticated cows and goats. If your one of those people and your not drinking milk your missing out on one of the most nutritious food sources on this planet. But if your drinking pasteurized, homogenized milk, you must watch this video:
The movie that started it all! The Meatrix (www.themeatrix.com) spoofs The Matrix films and highlights the problems with factory farming. Instead of Keanu Reeves, The Meatrix stars a young pig, Leo, who lives on a pleasant family farm… he thinks. Leo is approached by a trenchcoat-clad cow, Moopheus, and joins him on a journey to learn more about what goes on behind closed barn doors at factory farms. The Meatrix was created and produced by Sustainable Table (www.sustainabletable.org) and Free Range Studios (www.freerangestudios.com).

There is a growing movement we all have no doubt heard of, vegetarianism and veganism. However humans like all biological oranisms have very specific nutritional requirements that are determined by our genetics. If we fail to match those genetic requirements we can become nutritionally deficient. It is my firm belief that eating less meat then our genetics require is VERY detrimental to our health over the long term. While working a booth at Whole Foods for four years I noticed that many of the vegans I would encounter where gaunt, had dark circles around their eyes, and had sunken eyes. They looked emaciated and very unhealthy. This is usually the place in the argument where someone says I know a vegan named so-and-so and he/she is in top shape. I do not argue that some people’s genetics can handle less meat then others. However for the majority of people this is not the case. Our ancestors ate meat and they no doubt adapted over long periods of time to eating meat. There is not a reputable anthropologist on the planet who would argue against this point.
This is in response to the vegan argument that eating meat is morally right. Nature depends on the cycle of life. Life eats life. These are facts of nature. Nature is beautiful and we all will return to the soil which we came from. Judging the cycle that gave you life is far from spiritual and not following nature’s rules can be very harmful to your quality of life. Please watch this video and learn how the top predators are essential to the cycle of life. In fact the life of the deer also depends on the life of the wolf.
This video also shows the interconnectedness of the food web and how we should follow nature’s rules NOT fight against them.
